1: Receive the National Dex from Rowan by seeing all 210 Sinnoh Dex Pokemon.
2: Find the Adamant and Lustrous Orb within Mt. Coronet. The orbs are in a cave
to the right after you go up the first Rock Climb path in the snowy part of
Mt. Coronet. You will need Waterfall to get them.
3: Go to Celestic Town and press A on the Uxie/Mesprit/Azelf drawings in the
Celestic Town Ruins. Cynthia should come and talk to you. Just say yes to
everything she asks until she goes away.
4: Head to the top of Mt. Coronet, for the Spear Pillar.

@Roto-rotom: Se non ricordo male te la da Lucas/Dawn dopo che l'hai aiutato/a a riprendersi il pokedex da un membro del Team Galactic, dovrebbe essere subito dopo Veilstone City.
