Quoto da Smogon un topic che dia una prima idea delle nuove velocitŕ-chiave, ma soprattutto incentrato sull'utilizzo dello strumento "Adherence Scarf".

Let me start with a quote from McGraw on one of the older
Adherence Scarf topics- "Unless the initial surprise first hit
is destructive enough, you are better off without it."

The first turn can potentially be one of the most important
moves of any match, and surprise is everything. I have no
doubt that some of our old favorites will remain strong-
Salamence, Zapdos, Milotic, Swampert, Gengar. However, I
really think that Adherence Scarf will shake up the metagame
more than most people expect, if only because of the first turn.
Here's my take on a few others that I'll be using or that I'll
expect to see. I want to see what other people plan to use,
and what the big speeds will end up being.

AS Hiidoran-
With 373 speed, Modest AS Hiidoran outspeeds +spd base 120s,
which includes Sceptile, Alakazam, and Dugtrio, and it beats
all neutral unboosted standards. Modest Hiidoran packs more
than enough firepower to hurt things badly even without any
boosts. It's also worth noting that Timid Hiidoran beats
Adamant AS Cross and any base 90s.

AS Roserade-
Exact same deal as Hiidoran, but with Sleep Powder as its
trump card instead of Explosion. Leaf Storm hurts.

AS Medicham/Heracross-
This seems like the starter of choice for a lot of people as
well as being incredibly useful all around, and I think we all
know why. It's also the #1 pick on WiFi right now, from what
I've been told. Adamant AS Cross tops off at 403, though many
will stop at 397 to beat the 130s. Of course, everyone will
want to outspeed the other Heracross, so I actually foresee
404 being the new magic number for Salac boosters. Maybe even
405 for the Agility/Rock Cart pokemon that run 202 to beat
Heracross. JollyCross reaches 442, though that seems like
overkill. Medicham is slightly slower but noticeably more
powerful, and for the most part the same numbers apply. Also,
AS Cross is quite awesome as a sleep taker for any team.

AS Machamp-
Jolly Machamp can hit 343, and 340 is enough to outspeed
+speed 105s. Adamant Machamp just barely outspeeds the neutral
105s, which isn't bad. Of course, this Machamp has No Guard
and Dynamic Punch because a 100/100 Fighting attack and 100acc
confusion is seriously scary. Of course, max speed does mean
passin gup on Machamp's nice defenses, so it's questionable.

CB Mukkuhawk-
It's... a standard CBer. Nothing new here, though with its
nice STABs and type coverage, it's at least equal to CBmence
as a lead. Also, nothing attracts Skarmory like a CB Normal,
and Somersault is just oh so convenient.

AS Mukkuhawk-
Eh... Let me just copy/past from my last RMT. "Last time I
tried this, I was told that Mukkuhawk is fast enough already
and to use a Choice Band, but when you look at other common
starters, it really doesn't seem nearly fast enough without
the boost. I figure AS Cross will probably be #1 choice, at
least in the early metagame, so this is a nice way to reliably
outspeed it for the kill. Also, against opponents that
Mukkuhawk can't beat (Salamence, Swampert, etc) it is
guaranteed to Somersault out first, and then it can go to
something like Gyarados (for the double Intimidate) or
whatever other counter you might have for their switch. I
think one thing that people aren't understanding is that 395
is no longer the magic speed to beat, with all these ASers
leading teams. When 396 or 403 Heracross becomes the standard
starter, a lot of common leads will have to adapt or they'll
be phazed out. I have a feeling that this will catch on
eventually and it will lose effectiveness, but it should work
well in early DP at least."

AS Base 100s-
Zapdos, Salamence, Jirachi, Flygon, Gaburiasu. I think this is
rather stupid, but not everyone does, so be prepared to see a
lot of these. I wouldn't be surprised to see ASmence with
Meteoric Swarm as a lead used for no other reason than to
counter other Mence/Gabu.

AG Salamence-
CBmence with better type coverage and STAB Overheat, really.
Nothing innovative, but still cool.

Flame Orb Swellow-
Protect turn one, unless you predict a set-up. Facade turn
two. Somersault to counter turn three. Not a difficult set-up
at all to get a very strong CBer. Eh.

AS Gengar-
There's a couple of Japanese kids on GameFAQs who swear by
this thing. At first I laughed at the redundancy of it, since
Gengar outspeeds so much anyway, but well... Common counters
must emerge to common metagame threats. Psychic/T-Bolt Gengar
(go ahead, laugh) does beat AS Mukkuhawk/Heracross quite
reliably, and I don't think anyone's crazy enough to try to
beat 525 speed. This will go first against everything that
matters except Ice Pebblers and the rare Palette Punch
Metagross (who all consequently get burned/slept). I heard of
an AS Alakazam being used as a lead JUST to beat AS Gengar,
but that's just crazy talk.

AS Aerodactyl-
This just might be the worst idea I've ever had, so don't
judge me. This has one purpose and one purpose only- to beat
other 130+ leads. This way, you can use Adamant for the power
boost and you can actually invest some EVs in HP or Defense.
Wouldn't it be cool to see Aerodactyl actually resist Normal
attacks? This is stupid and outlandish, but who would ever
expect it? It certainly pisses off Ninjask leads.
